(I L) Independent Living Program

Our Independent Living Program was created to help those with disabilities receive information and partner with an advocate at DAC to form a plan on how to live as independent as possible.

(OIB) Older Individuals Who Are Blind

Older Individuals who are Blind (or going blind) is for persons 55 years or older who are experiencing vision problems. *This program does not serve Butte or Glenn County*

Disability Disaster Access & Resources assists individuals with disabilities and older adults in disaster readiness and recovery.

Voice Options

Voice Options program offers eligible Californians who are unable to speak, or who have difficulty speaking, with a free speech-generating device. The goal of this program is to ensure full and equal telephone communications access for all Californians with disabilities. Find out more below...
