Brain Injury Guidance Group Motivations

Support Group meets every month on the third Thursday at the Shasta Public Library in Redding in the 2nd floor Fireside Room.

An Important thing to think about when working in a support group…

Some people think you should only leave feeling better each time you come to a support group, but sometimes when you are working on something or working through something and making a break through it can be an uncomfortable place to be in when going through changes.  Yet, a support group is a safe place, where you can find the strength and support and not feel isolated or alone when working through things.
