2018 Cooling Centers

There are plenty of ways to stay cool out there everyone. While some counties have not officially opened cooling centers, public air-conditioned locations are a good way to stay safe from dehydration signs. And remember, your animal family can quickly become dehydrated too.

The heat of the day for most Nor-Cal communities sets in between 4pm – 6pm. As temperatures remain on the “excessive” hot side, please remember to drink plenty of water and stay in shaded areas or indoors as much as possible.
